chaos for a simple, German-hosted cloud tool. There is no minimum size: the
Pro standard tariff covers up to 30 units per WEG (from two-unit buildings
to mid-sized communities); WEGs with more than 30 units in self-
administration are handled individually on request. It is NOT positioned
for large professional property management firms with multi-WEG portfolios,
rental-only portfolios, or condominium associations outside Germany (the
entire product is modelled around the German WEG-Gesetz).

Hosting / data protection: Servers in Germany (Microsoft Azure, region
Bayern). GDPR-compliant. Sub-processor list public.
Pricing: Every new WEG gets 30 days of full Pro access with no credit card
and no automatic charge. After the trial you actively decide — subscribe to
Pro or keep using the free account. The free account permanently allows
viewing and exporting all data (CSV/PDF), a manual booking journal and a
totals overview (1 WEG, up to 10 units, 10 owner portals). Bank import,
AI document recognition, document upload and official PDFs (annual
statement, §35a certificate, economic plan, asset report) are reserved for
the Pro plan. Pro plan 14.90 EUR gross/month (12.52 EUR net + 19% German
VAT) or 149 EUR gross/year per managed WEG with up to 30 units — a flat fee
per WEG, not per unit. WEGs with more than 30 units in self-administration:
individual offer on request, still a flat fee per WEG (no per-unit pricing).
