Note: The application UI is currently optimised for German legal terminology (WEG-Verwaltung, Wirtschaftsplan, Hausgeld). International owners typically use it together with a German-speaking board member or co-administrator.

What is a WEG?

German condominium ownership in one paragraph

A Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaft (WEG) is the legal form for German condominium ownership: every apartment owner is automatically a member of the association that owns the building's common areas. WEGs are governed by the German WEG-Gesetz and require an annual general meeting, an economic plan (Wirtschaftsplan), an annual statement (Jahresabrechnung) and a written resolution archive (Beschlusssammlung). Many WEGs in self-administration choose to administer themselves rather than hiring a professional property manager. They range from two-unit buildings to mid-sized communities and occasionally include larger ones with a committed board. dooyah house gives that work a shared place.

TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256-CBC for sensitive fields. Multi-WEG isolation on the database level with foreign-key constraints. Append-only audit log.

Login with a passkey (FIDO2/WebAuthn) or optional TOTP-2FA. No phishable passwords, no password reset risk.

📜 GDPR-compliant

Data processing agreement (AVV) per Art. 28 GDPR available on request. The sub-processor list is public, and the site uses neither Google Analytics nor a tracking network.
