dooyah house covers the operational lifecycle of a German condominium owners' association in self-administration. It covers open work and documents, the annual statement and the legally required resolution archive. Bank files are an optional automation step.

Worklist for WEG tasks

Keep open work, deadlines and follow-ups visible in one place. Links take you to the relevant WEG module so the dashboard stays a starting point, not a second workspace.

Master data per WEG

Owners, units, ownership shares (Miteigentumsanteile), distribution keys and voting weights are modelled correctly for the German WEG-Gesetz. Multiple WEGs can share one Pro account.

Booking journal (Buchungsjournal)

Every payment is journalled per WEG, owner and cost type. WEG-compliant categories for Hausgeld, Sonderumlage, common cost vs. individual cost, reserve allocation.

Economic plan (Wirtschaftsplan)

Generate the annual budget required by § 28 WEG: estimated common costs per cost type, distributed by the configured key, plus a reserve allocation plan.

Annual statement (Jahresabrechnung)

The owner meeting must approve the actuals statement. It shows payments received, costs allocated, reserves and balance for each owner. You can print or email the result.

Resolution archive (Beschlusssammlung)

Required by § 24 (7) WEG since 2007. Sequential resolution numbering, full text, date, meeting reference. PDF/CSV export for hand-over to a successor administrator.

Owner portal

Each owner gets read-only access to their statements, the WEG documents, the minutes archive, the resolution log and an inbox for administrator messages.

Document storage with OCR

Add invoices, contracts and minutes. Built-in OCR extracts invoice number, amount, date and supplier. You confirm and book each result in one click.

Passkey login

WebAuthn / FIDO2 is the default. This avoids passwords to phish and password resets to manage. Accounts can use optional TOTP-2FA.

Multi-WEG isolation

Each WEG is its own tenant on the database level with foreign-key constraints. Append-only audit log for bookings and security-relevant actions.

Installable web app

Install dooyah house as an app on iOS, Android, macOS and Windows. Offline-capable for read access, works without an app store.

AI auto-matching

New transactions are auto-matched to owners (via SEPA mandate reference, name, or amount) and proposed against the booking journal. You confirm, we book.

Bank import by file (CSV / MT940 / CAMT)

Import the files your German bank exports when you need them. No bank connection or banking credentials are required.
