Pro
14,90 € /month per WEG
Pro automates monthly and annual WEG administration with reports, dunning, document processing and recurring workflows. The net amount is 12,52 € after 19% VAT. 149 €/year per WEG when billed annually (effective 12,42 €/month; you save 29,80 € per year).

All prices in EUR. The headline price includes the German statutory 19% VAT (Mehrwertsteuer). Net amount: 12,52 €/month per WEG. WEGs that can deduct input tax (Vorsteuerabzug) recover the VAT separately.

Is the free plan really free, or a trial?
The free plan is genuinely free. It has no expiry, needs no credit card and does not convert automatically. It covers the operational basics: master data, owner portal and manual booking journal. Pro adds reports, automation, OCR, AI recognition and bank-file import.
How does Pro pricing scale with WEG size?
Pro is a flat rate per WEG: 14,90 €/month or 149 €/year including VAT, for any WEG up to 30 units. Portfolio discounts apply from two WEGs managed by the same customer. Ten or more WEGs, professional management portfolios and WEGs above 30 units receive an individual offer. Please contact us.
How can I pay?
Via Mollie B.V. (Netherlands): SEPA direct debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Card data never touches our servers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel via the in-app account settings to the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual). Your data is retained for 90 days for reactivation, then deleted.
